• Content You Provide: We process the text, URLs, documents, and audio/video files you submit to our Service in order to provide you with the requested output.
• Payment Information: We do not directly store your credit card or payment information. All payments are securely handled by our payment processor, Paystack. We may store a customer identifier provided by Paystack to manage your account balance.
• Usage Information: We collect information about your interactions with the Service, such as the features you use and the API calls you make, to help us improve our platform.
• Cookies and Local Storage: We use cookies for session management and `localStorage` in your browser to store your "Recent Yarns" for your convenience.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our Service.
• Process transactions and manage your account balance.
• Communicate with you, including sending you generated files via email and responding to your inquiries.
• Monitor and prevent fraudulent or abusive activity.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with third-party service providers under the following circumstances:

• Core Service Providers: Your User Content may be shared with our underlying technology partners who provide the AI models for text-to-speech and video translation. We have agreements in place to ensure they handle your data securely and only for the purpose of providing the service.
• Payment Processing: We share transaction information with Paystack to process your payments.
• Authentication: We use Google to authenticate your account.
• Legal Compliance: We may disclose your information if required by law or in response to a valid legal request.

4. Data Retention and Security

We retain your account information as long as your account is active. User Content submitted for processing, such as text, documents, or media files, is retained on our servers only for as long as necessary to complete your request and is deleted shortly thereafter. Generated video files are stored for a limited time (e.g., 24-72 hours) to allow you to download them.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access or disclosure.

You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information. You can manage your account information from your Account page. If you wish to delete your account entirely, please contact us.
